There is no shame in admitting that a relationship didn’t work out. Just because a relationship failed doesn’t mean that you failed. It just means that it wasn’t meant to be.
If being freshly single still pinches your heart and makes you feel lonely, it’s important to remember that God is always with us. Even though our relationships may end, He is still there for us. He is with us every step of the way. He can help us through the tough times and give us strength when we need it most.
Keep in mind that the Lord doesn’t want us to be alone. He has a plan for everyone and everything happens for a reason— even break-ups. He wants us to find someone who will truly love and cherish us for who we are. He will help us overcome the pain and fear that’s holding us back from loving anew. Therefore, if we are feeling lonely or lost after a break-up, we should turn to Him for guidance. He will help us find our way back to happiness.
If you’re still holding onto anger or resentment, then it’s time to pick yourself up, let go, and move on. Being bitter about a lost love will only take its toll on you and your chances of finding a better half. Let God guide you toward the right love story with these verses:
