Suffering from a bad experience is not good, much more if the situation was caused by someone else’s wrong move or decision. However, the Lord Jesus Christ already told His disciples, and us that we should forgive 70 times 7 times. The point is that there should be no limit in the mercy and grace we bestow, because that’s what happens to us as well.
But what happens if a person continues to hold grudges? Bridges of friendships would burn down, and soon he would be left alone, feeling sad and lonely. That is why a grudge should be stopped at the mind, before it takes form as an action, a grumble or a word.
